Leeds Castle of Kent, England

Leeds Castle is located about an hours drive from London in Kent, England.  It was built over 900 years ago and has spectacularly kept grounds, internationally renowned aviaries and an eclectic mix of period architecture.  Although these amenities are enough on their own to inspire a visit, the castle also has a treasure unlike any I have seen, a dog collar museum.  Its collection of over 100 collars spans over 5 centuries and are a remarkable example of the historical significance of the relationship between dog and owner.  My visit to Leeds Castle motivated me to create Collier Leeds, dog collars inspired by history.  It is my belief that every dog that is loved and respected and holds a special place in its owner's heart deserves a collar that represents that devotion.
